The Oakland Athletics will be visiting the Phillies over the weekend of June 24, 25, 26. To commemorate the A’s return to Philly, the Oakland Athletics PR Department has donated two official Athletics home jerseys shown here in these photos. They are the official game worn & autographed jerseys of Trevor Cahill ‘s size 48 # 53 & Kurt Suzuki’s size 44 number 8.

Trevor Cahill – Pitcher. Finished ninth in AL Cy Young voting, 2010 with a record of 18 – 8 and a 2.97 ERA. Was chosen for the 2010 AL All-star team. Has an extended contract until 2017.

Kurt Suzuki – Catcher. Native Hawaiian, like Shane Victorino and Dane Sardinha of the Phillies. Drafted from Cal State Fullerton. Now in 5th year. Extended contract to 2014.

Both players have graciously signed the back of their respective jerseys in their number. In appreciation for their support, the A’s Society will raffle off these two rare collectibles during the Sunday June 26th game and.you do not have to be present to win. The donation to enter is $10 and you can enter by contacting the A’s Society’s Hatboro facility at 215-323-9901.

The winners will be notified on Monday June 27th and a notice will be posted on this site.
